The National Mentorship Movement ("NMM", "we", "us") is a South African Non-Profit Company and Section 18A Public Benefit Organisation. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
NMM is the responsible party for the personal information processed through this website and our mentorship programmes. Our registration and Section 18A details are shown in the site footer. For any privacy question, contact us at connect@mentorshipmovement.co.za.
We share personal information only as needed to run mentorship programmes, for example with the mentor or mentee you are matched with, with our mentorship platform provider, and, where a programme is delivered with a partner organisation, with that partner. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Some of our service providers may process information outside South Africa; where they do, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
To exercise any of these rights, email connect@mentorshipmovement.co.za.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
