Build trust, set goals, do the work, and close well. Don't rush the start - the trust you build early is what makes the rest work.
Plan for two to four hours a month, across a twelve-month cycle, online on our platform. As a mentee, it is your job to reach out to your mentor, agree how and how often you will meet, and schedule the sessions. Your relationship manager is there throughout if you need help.
Spend the first sessions building trust and understanding. Don't rush this part - the trust you build early is what carries the rest of the year.
Get clear on where you want to go, then turn it into specific, measurable goals the two of you can track together.
Work the goals between sessions, review your progress, and close the cycle having achieved what you set out to do.
