How we work with you

From first conversation to reported outcomes.

1

Explore and agree

We start by understanding your situation and clarifying the objectives and outcomes you want from the programme.

2

Scope and design

We agree the model - one-on-one, group, peer, reverse, compressed or extended - the numbers, the timeline, the training and the surveys.

3

Plan and cost

We use years of experience to estimate the level of effort per person across each work stream, and cost the programme transparently.

4

Launch, run and report

We mobilise and onboard mentors, match the pairs, keep relationships on track, step in where needed, and report on surveys and outcomes.

Partner questions

Frequently asked.

Is this B-BBEE aligned?
Yes. Programmes can be structured to support Skills Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and Socio-Economic Development, with documented outcomes for your scorecard and reporting.
What does it cost?
Programmes are delivered at subsidised non-profit rates. We plan and cost each programme transparently based on the model, the number of participants and the level of support, plus a charge for use of the platform.
Who designs the programme?
We do, together with you. We bring years of practical experience designing mentorship models for many different situations, and tailor the programme to your objectives.
How long does a programme run?
It depends on the model and your goals, from compressed group programmes to extended one-on-one cycles. We agree the timeline up front.
How large can a cohort be?
From small curated groups to large structured programmes with hundreds of participants. We have delivered both.
How is impact measured?
We run surveys throughout the programme and report on progress and outcomes, so you can see exactly what the programme delivered.
